TECOBI How To Search and Filter Leads

1)From the Settings Home Page click the filter icon at the top right of the screen.

2)The Text Message Filter Box will drop down allowing you to select filters for Archived and Active Leads, Text Messages, Lead Status and Phone Number.

3)To select between archived, active, and All text messages, or both, select the drop down arrow to the far right of the words, Archived Leads. Then select the texts you wish to view.

  4)To filter text messages between all and unread select the drop down arrow to the far right of the words, Text Messages, and click on your choice of search filter.

  5)To filter the Text Message Leads by Lead Status, click on the drop down arrow to the far right of the words, Lead Status. Then select the Lead Status of the Text Messages Status of choice.

  6)To filter the Text Message leads by the phone number attached to the ad campaign which generated the inbound lead, click the drop down arrow to the far right of the words, Phone Number. Then select which campaign leads you wish to search.
