How-To Use TECOBI-The Basics for Salespersons

1)Installing the app.
Go to Google Play or Itunes and search TECOBI.

2)Download and install the TECOBI App onto your mobile device.

3)Once the TECOBI App is installed on your mobile device click on Open the App.
Then Click on Login.

From a computer, go to www.TECOBI.com. Click login in at the top right and follow the login process.

4)Enter your login email and password. Then press the green login button.

5)The first page the TECOBI APP takes you to is the Text Leads Home Page

6)To text a lead click anywhere within the grey lines of the lead to be taken inside of that lead to join the conversation.

7)Once Inside of the lead type the response into the text box at the bottom of the screen that says “type your message” in grey and press the send button on the bottom right of the screen.
To navigate back to the home screen click the back button at the upper left corner of your screen.

8)From within the text message lead you can insert a photo, send a credit application or a map link to the customer via text all with the quick press of a couple of icons. Tap profile at the top right of the screen to view the customer’s lead profile details. Press the lifesaver button to toggle in and out of internal mode to send messages between you and your manager without the customer seeing.

9)Return to the Text Leads Home Page to navigate to voicemails, credit apps and settings all with the simple touch of the correct icon at the bottom of your Text Leads Home Page.

10)Basic overview of Voicemails Landing Page
From the voicemail landing page one can listen to voicemails left by leads. Text the lead back. Push the lead profile into the dealership CRM. Or look at the profile details.

11)Basic Overview of Credit Apps Landing Page

From the credit apps landing page one can check the information of the credit applications which have been filled out by their leads to assist as needed.

12)Basic Overview of the Settings Landing Page
From here one sets lead notifications, and account settings, such as basic settings, numbers and users.
